Q: What is I.O.M.S?

A: I.O.M.S. ‘stands for :INSTANT OFFICE MARKETING SOLUTIONS. As the words denote, it is an instant solution to Philippine Property Developers’ (PHILPRODEV) desire to sell their Philippine projects to the 3,000,000 Filipino American buyers/investors. It is inexpensive (starts at $300). It can be set up instantly (literally, instantly meaning right away).

It is an office marketing tool, just like the ready, in-house set of marketing plans, PHILPRODEV had already adapted, but perhaps had not been tried for application and execution into the $27 Billion Filipino American market.

Once implemented and eventually becomes part of PHILPRODEV’s marketing strategies, it becomes a viable solution to a problem, hence the term I.O.M.S.

Q: Why do you say it provides a solution to PHILPRODEV?

A: I.O.M.S. is inspired by two major occurrences in the Philippine business and economic scenario and the global happening about the Filipino Americans who live and work in the USA. First, the Philippines have grown leaps and bounds economically. And one great dimension that evolved out of it, is the increasing building activities by PHILPRODEV. Not only did they start many new projects, but likewise they had strategically and conveniently designed and fitted their projects to the needs of the buying/investing Filipino Americans as well. The second is the unprecedented growth of an economic giant unit-the 3,000,000 Filipino Americans of the $27 B Filipino American market.

Q: What is your basis for claiming that the Filipino American market is worth $27Billion?

A: This term/nickname of $27 Billion is coined by our SUPREMNET founder, Mr. Ed T. Pascual, a US and Philippine realtor since 1974. He has been a pioneer in the selling of Philippine projects since 1987, the year he founded, Society of US-Philippines Realty and Enterprises Marketing Network. He wrote a book in 2002 titled: " How to profit from the $27 Billion Filipino American Market”. His second book, due for release anytime, is entitled: “Make Millions Selling to Filipino Americans ".

Q: Why do you claim that I.O.M.S. provides results "Instantly"?

A: Instant Office Marketing Solution (I.O.M.S.) can be up and running in less than 24 hours. Meaning, if this is set up today, your "Global sales force" dedicated to tap the huge $27 B Filipino American market will start to function tomorrow. However in order to achieve it, you need to have the IT tools and resources necessary to have that I.O.M.S. running.

Q: Should I entertain the idea of having an I.O.M.S. installed, what are the steps to be done?

A: First, let us sit down together to discuss what sort of I.O.M.S. product is appropriate for your needs. Is it the basic CallSolv 3 months or CallSolv6 months or CallSolv 12 months. Next is, we will determine what tools and resources you already have, such as internet DSL connection will you need to match the requirements of the product (if CallSolv 3 months) you chose. Should we find out about the appropriate I.O.M.S. type that is appropriate for you, we will sign an AMBO (Memorandum of Agreement). Once signed, you will then deliver the upfront money to seal our agreement.

Q: Should I decide to have an I.O.M.S., does that have to be installed in our office? And if so, will you train those persons to run and operate them?

A: Yes, it will be "virtually" installed in your office. Virtual means that it will not be physically installed in your office. Thus, installing it as such, will not mean added office space costs, no need for new computers, no new long distance telephone connection, no other IT software and hardware needed to run a marketing campaign to sell to the Filipino Americans. In addition, you will not be responsible for expensive training costs of those who will be manning the virtual I.O.M.S. Though, the training is centered mostly on how to sell effectively your Philippine projects to the Filipino Americans.

Q: What else is meant by virtual?

A: Your Filipino American prospects will not know that the selling activities involved are done by us in SUPREMNET’S call center marketing centers. A: In a brochure-handout sent to you, you will note that, from our experience, around 5 sales are generated via the CallSolv 3 months. We just don’t speak here without basis, but we are putting our deeds and accomplishments from where our mouths are. Meaning, that statement is signed and stood for by us, under the Pledge of professional service aspect in the AMBO Memorandum of Agreement.

Q: Who are those "Birddogs" you say would tremendously help in the successful marketing campaign there in the USA?

A: Over the years, starting 1987 when SUPREMNET was born (Supremnet was required to be registered with Philippine SEC in 2005), there are around 300 active birddogs, who are all USA realtors. For those Philippine birddogs, they are also members of the network, but there is no official affiliation with them, unlike those 300 active US birddogs, who are all Filipino Americans as well.

Q: You said that I.O.M.S.’ scope of services are three. They are, eDirect marketing, Roadshow management and ePersonal selling? What do you mean by them?

A: eDirect marketing involves calling/contacting/lead generating, strategizing calls, pursuing "best-effort" management. eDirect marketing also involves closing and documenting of sales for PHILPRODEV via the use of I I.O.M.S. Roadshow management includes the delivery by us of the necessary tasks involved in the roadshow, project presentation, exhibition and showcasing exclusively for PHILPRODEV clients.

ePersonal selling requires the delivery by us of the total marketing and selling activities (entire cycle of selling is to be applied/executed by us on your behalf) consistent with PHILPRODEV’s own Filipino American marketing program.

These roadshows are to be held in the 4 major US cities of Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Francisco and San Diego.

Q: What are your reports and deliverables to us?

A: Within three (3) days from signing, you have to submit to us the requirements under our contract’s SEREN ENGAGEMENT KIT. The Kit requires your information such as what and where are the projects subject of our I.O.M.S. engagement with you. This kit includes every important feature of your Company and products, your sales kits given to local salespersons/brokers, brochures, flyers, price lists and other materials deemed and important for us to do our job effectively. To be included in the SEREN ENGAGEMENT KIT is your version of the campaign call scripts to be used by our Call Ambassadors and Birddogs. Of course, if you prefer, we can prepare one for you instead.

When we do SEREN (our nickname for that activity when we actually accomplish the calling/contacting/emailing defined under the CallSolv__months you agreed upon), our Call Ambassadors accomplish a RR (Results Report). The results could be about leads generated, suspect culled from database, prospects that are very interested and to be dealt outright, prospects that are interested and wanted to be serviced later at a time when they travel to the Philippines, and those that are not interested at all.

The SEREN RR are monitored and checked closely by our Lead Call Ambassadors from the previous periods activity plan by the Call ambassadors submitted in a form called DO (Day Organizer).

Q: If we asked you to call on our own databases, how are we assured that you don’t squander, and share them indiscriminately with our competitors?

A: We are professional firm backed up for satisfactory, quality and proven service since 1987, or a period of 20 years. We will ensure that we don’t share them to anyone else.

Q: What are the other features of the I.O.M.S. that are beneficial to us, PHILPRODEV?

A: As an extra, we will advertise your projects for FREE in the major Filipino American newspapers. As part of our regular roadshow, your Philippine project will be featured for FREE. (Remember, if you want an exclusive one that will entail an extra cost, though minimal only equivalent to that part of one 10 ft by 10 ft booth). As part of I.O.M.S. call based feature, we circularize your projects via email blasting. Our email blasting group, does this almost everyday to our huge email database of Filipino Americans.

Q: What if, after our I.O.M.S. engagement, we want to acquire your databases; or want to embrace your I.O.M.S. technology, what are the steps we need to do?

A: In general, we don’t sell our databases. But we can share those database details of those Filipino Americans that we use in our marketing campaign for you. Should you wish to keep our technology and avail of our effective training schemes, you will have to pay an additional compensation. We realize that, having those databases used in your exclusive campaign includes pending deals struck, therefore we will accede to your desire to have them.
